Consumer Champion is a European capacity building programme for consumer professionals providing training, resources and networking opportunities. It is funded by the European Commission and managed by the directorate general of health and consumers. Working continually as part of a consortium of European companies I deliver research, branding, UX and UI design for the project.

MTT are the world’s largest, dedicated mobile travel technology provider. The brief was to deliver a website that revitalises their brand identity, communicates their industry expertise, impressive client portfolio and efficient agile approach.

BRAND REIMAGINING AND DESIGN
A FLAWLESS RESPONSIVE EXPERIENCE
A happy client who reported positive feedback from internal and external audiences. Inbound leads and website downloads have significantly increased. Website sessions have increased 33.84% , page views are up 120% and there has been an increase in pages per session (64%). Visitors are spending more time on the website and the bounce rate has dropped -22%.
Flogas Brand Audit & Redesign
Working with BrandCreate, I carried out an extensive brand audit for Flogas. This involved visiting sites across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK to examine and analyse all applications of the branding. Findings and recommendations were presented directly to the directors of each region along with the managing director of DCC Energy.
Recommendations were then carried through in a redesign of the logo implemented in all European markets. I carried out all of the research, presentation and logo design work for the project.
PROBLEMS WITH CONSISTENCY, REVERSED APPLICATIONS AND TYPOGRAPHY WERE ADDRESSED AND A NEW DIFFERENTIATED COLOUR SCHEME WAS INTRODUCED.

Retail Ireland Rebrand
Retail Ireland is the leading representation body for the Irish retail industry operating within IBEC. I created a brand identity and tagline for Retail Ireland to convey their authority and industry focus to all of their audiences.
Home Focus Website Design
This project involved the amalgamation and full redesign of the Home Focus and Hickey Fabrics websites. I worked closely with the client to deliver on a highly complex brief. I was responsible for research, information architecture, UX and UI design.
